Tips for enjoying our pizza at home:
1. Preheat the oven to 450° with a pizza stone inside. If you don't have one, a cookie sheet will do nicely.
2. Once the oven is nice and hot, put a slice or two on the stone or cookie sheet for a minute or two. Any moisture that has built up on the crust will evaporate and the slice will get nice and crispy. This is very important for veggie pizzas or combo pizzas like "The City."
3.
DO NOT MICROWAVE...you will zap the life right out of the pizza, making it soggy, then hard.
Right next to JJ's Blues. Click here for directions.

You won't be disappointed by our calzones, strombolis, meatball parm sub, and cannoli either!
The biggest thank you goes to my neighborhood pizza joint in Manhattan, Ultimate Pizza. I grew up with these guys. Without them, this never would have happened. They opened up their kitchen, their crew, and their kindness to us so that we could make all this happen. All they wanted in return is for us to be successful...true selfless NYC attitude.
A special thank you to Tony Gemignani of Pyzano's Pizzeria. As an expert in the business and now a friend, we thank you. How about that four minute dough mix!!!
Please support the World Trade Center Building Memorial Foundation. We have a goal of five cobble stones, each at $500, for a goal of $2,500. We started the campaign by donating one cobble stone. Please donate whatever you can to help get this done. Thank you. Click here to go to the page.
